The 350 Backpacks Initiative works directly with participating schools so assistance can reach students who would benefit most.

Designate an authorized school representative
Provide preliminary backpack quantities by grade band
Share current school supply requirements
Work with the Foundation to finalize the allocation
Privately identify and distribute backpacks to students

Please do not submit student names, household financial information, medical information or other sensitive student information through this form. Schools privately identify the students who receive assistance.

The Foundation will review each inquiry and contact the school before confirming participation or a final number of backpack placements.
