How we handle your information
Last updated: October 14, 2026
The short version
We only collect what we need to answer you, run our programs and process gifts. We don't sell your information, and we don't show ads on this website.
Website analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. It sets cookies and collects details like the pages you view, the type of device and browser you use, and your general location (city or region, not your exact address). We use these numbers only to improve the site. You can block these cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Forms and email
When you fill out one of our forms (such as volunteer sign-up, school or sponsorship interest, or a request for family or youth sports support) or email us, we receive the details you enter, like your name, email, phone number and message. We use them only to reply to you and to run that program. Requests for family support are kept private and are only seen by the people who review them.
Donations and raffle entries
Donations and raffle tickets are processed by Zeffy, a secure online fundraising platform. When you give or enter a raffle, Zeffy collects your payment details, and we never see or store your full card number. Zeffy shares your name, email and the details of your gift or entry with us so we can send receipts, confirm entries, contact winners and keep the records the law requires. Zeffy's own privacy policy also applies: zeffy.com/privacy-policy.
Who else sees it
We don't sell, rent or trade your information. We share it only with the services that help us run the Foundation (Google Analytics, Zeffy and our website host), or when the law requires it.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop sending you email. Just write to info@thesusanannfoundation.org.
Children
This site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information online. Any details about a child in a support request come from a parent or guardian.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
