The Susan Ann Foundation honors a family legacy through medical research, community impact, and life-changing giving.
The Susan Ann Foundation was created by Scott Taylor to transform personal loss into lasting community impact. That same grounded, hands-on spirit shapes everything the Foundation does today.
This foundation is personal. Scott and his daughter are both cardiac patients. His daughter is a heart surgery survivor and a pediatric oncology nurse who has dedicated her career to improving outcomes for children facing cancer. These aren't statistics — they're the reason this foundation exists.
Based in Grafton, Ohio, The Susan Ann Foundation funds medical research, treatment, and community-based initiatives that improve health outcomes and strengthen families.
Three pillars that guide everything we do.

"The Susan Ann Foundation was created from a place of love and remembrance. What began as a way to honor her legacy has grown into a mission to support crucial medical research, helping families facing the same battles that so many others have endured. It is truly an honor to be involved in a foundation that both honors my grandmother's legacy and supports causes that are so close to my heart."
